Helping Hands

UX Team Lead
Project Overview
The goal was to create a website or a high-fidelity prototype for the Aggie Core Value (Texas A&M University's core value) - Selfless Service. This coursework project was to help us understand the Nielsen Norman Group’s Design Thinking Process. The professor purposefully kept the project brief vague so that we could spend more time on the Understand and Explore phases of the project. The duration of the project was an entire semester and each deliverable took around one to two weeks. We created a volunteer portal website focused more on volunteers finding events and organizations based on their preferences.

My Contributions
Since I was the one in the team with the most UX experience and inclination toward it, the group decided to make me the leader and point of contact. My major tasks included distributing the work equally, helping out everyone in their design process, and designing the low, mid, and high-fidelity prototypes.
